Experience and Knowledge
Greg has been associated with Windermere/Wall Street, Inc. since January of 1988 and before that I was associated with a small, exclusive firm named Seattle Quality Homes. Living in the Magnolia/Queen Anne neighborhoods since 1954, coupled with over 18 years marketing and selling real estate, I offer vast experience and intimate knowledge of all areas of the Seattle real estate marketplace.
Unique Qualifications
I have two distinct qualifications that separate me from the typical agent. First, I have broad knowledge and experience with properties that have multifamily and commercial zoning and know what the potential possibilities are and therefore the value that certain zoning adds to property. Second, I have personally acted as marketing/project manager for numerous new condo, townhome, apartment and multi-residential projects for builder clients.
Currnent Projects
The chatillon condominiums at 505 west mercer place are completed and 3 of the 8 homes have sold. please go to my featured listings to view a couple of these. I also have 2 newly remodeled 3 bdrm homes on large lots in beacon hill for $249 and $349. Nice spots/beautiful gardens. I am workiing on 4 hi-end townhomes on Q.A. too. currently have a two home short plat and remodel in the Beacon Hill area with one client and I have 8 beautiful new condos just listed on Queen Anne. Also working with a client on a very high-end, 4 unit townhome project on Queen Anne Hill. I also have a great site listed on Queen Anne that comes with building plans and almost permitted for 10 condo units at the top of the hill.
